Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst will be responsible for gathering data to develop new applications, including analyzing workflow in all departments and providing suggestions to make the flow more effective. Responsibilities include documenting workflows and cooperating with IT System Analysts & IT Programmers in developing applications based on those documents. Ensure the application is running well before UAT.

Qualifications:

1. S1 from Industrial Engineering/Management/Business Administration, with GPA 3.20
2. Good analytical thinking
3. Excellent in using Microsoft Visio
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
5. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at any job level
