Job Summary:
The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the financial and operational performance of the company's production processes. This role involves collecting and interpreting key performance data, identifying inefficiencies, and providing insights to drive cost savings and productivity improvements. The analyst works closely with finance, operations, and senior management to ensure strategic objectives align with financial sustainability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, cost control, or operations analysis.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production performance metrics.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data-driven decision-making.
