The role will assist the Business Manager in conducting market research, translating research findings into actionable strategies, and ensuring the successful launch and scaling of new business initiatives.
This role will also be responsible for creating detailed pilot project reports and generating insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Description:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Summarize and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Translate research results into actionable plans and strategies for launching and scaling new businesses
Support the design, execution, and monitoring of pilot projects for new business ideas.
Create detailed pilot project reports, including performance analysis and lessons learned.
Analyze the outcomes of pilot projects and initiatives to generate actionable insights.
Provide recommendations for optimizing and scaling successful projects.
Assist in creating workflows and processes to support the implementation of new initiatives.
Monitor the progress of scaling efforts and ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
3 – 4 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or project management.
Experience with pilot projects or business scaling is a strong advantage.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
