Business Lead

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance B2C digital product offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Oversee the lifecycle of digital products, from conception through launch to ongoing optimization.
3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new digital products or enhancements to existing offerings.
4. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and consumer engagement.
5. Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive project success.
7. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to report on progress and secure necessary resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2C digital product management, digital marketing, or a related area.
3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in a consumer-focused environment.
4. Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and emerging technologies.
5. In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital product trends.
6. Experience in conducting market research and applying insights to drive product development.
