Business Intelligence Analyst

Are you a BI Analyst with solid experience and a passion for turning data into strategy?
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Experienced Level) to help us scale our KYC business with impactful data insights!

What You’ll Do:

1. Build and maintain powerful BI dashboards and reports to support business growth.
2. Analyze large sets of data and deliver insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance and data access.
4. Support cross-functional projects with strong data-driven recommendations.
5. Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and provide analytical solutions.
6. Spot trends, patterns, and outliers in data to guide better decision-making.
7. Ensure data is accurate, clean, and consistent across all BI efforts.
8. Document BI processes, dashboards, and reporting structures clearly.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analyst.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Solid experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms.
4. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with big data technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
6. A good sense of design and understanding of data visualization best practices.
7. Confident in communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
