Business Development Officer

PT Xynexis International is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Have working experience of at least 1 year
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written) is a must.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
6. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
9. Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and email marketing can be beneficial.
10. Digital savvy and easy to adapt with new technologies.
11. Have experience with managing social media accounts.
12. Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment.
13. Domiciled in the Jakarta area.
