Develop and execute channel development strategies to expand and manage high-quality partners.
Lead and manage the channel sales team to improve performance and market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution and delivery of channel projects.
Monitor market and competitor trends and provide actionable strategies.
Report regularly to senior management on channel performance and growth plans.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel management, preferably in FMCG, fintech, or IT industries.
Strong skills in business negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership.
Familiarity with the local market and established channel network is a plus.
Fluency in English & Mandarin (written and spoken); experience in cross-cultural communication and experience in PG company and Bank resources is an advantage.
