Business Development Manager (Managed Service)

HSN Tech Indonesia is looking for Business Development Manager (Managed Service). Responsibilities include:

• Planning or developing new business and revenue growth
• Developing the sales pipeline, identifying, reaching out, and engaging prospective customers
• Understanding the market situation for more meaningful engagement with prospects/customers
• Managing the prospects from the lead stage to the opportunities stage to deal closure
• Maintaining sales cadence (activity plan, funnel, account plan, etc)
• Meeting and/or exceeding agreed sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales, with the last 5 years handling the enterprise sector
• Having experience in SI company would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail & have strong analytical skills
• Strive for excellence
• High achiever attitude
