Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Asia-Pacific market, generating/increasing revenue through new clients and existing partner accounts to achieve business growth goals.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing market research, analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and promptly report the latest information to the company.
- Actively expand the client base of introducing brokers and affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Implement tactical plans to meet and exceed organizational expectations.
- Maintain a strong development pipeline in line with the company's strategy.
- Build your team to enhance KPIs, set monthly business KPIs for yourself and the team, and take responsibility for your team's performance.
- Collect and organize weekly reports from team members and send them to management for performance tracking.
- Regularly report business development progress and market analysis results to management.
- Follow compliance guidelines regarding client documentation processing.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

- Strong understanding of Forex and CFD trading.
- Prospect and close leads, managing the sales pipeline.
- Identify potential client concerns and escalate through management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing within the financial sector, (e.g., B2B, forex, CFD brokerage, cryptocurrency, insurance, banking), with a strong understanding of Asian market dynamics. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Manager/ Team Leader (the title is open to discussion).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- In-depth understanding of target clients, competitors, and industry trends, capable of providing market entry strategies.
- Ability to perform excellently in a fast-paced environment, with good self-management skills and a flexible team spirit.
- Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a strong drive for self-improvement.
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Professional written and spoken in English. Speakers in Arabic or Malaysian would be in advance.
- Based in Indonesia and willing to work in Jakarta office.
