We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within our Offline Division, with a specific focus on the GT Channel. You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion within the GT Channel.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market data and trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
• Distributor Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, implementing policies and monitoring operational performance.
• New Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new distribution points, coverage opportunities, and activities within the GT Channel.
• Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain dashboards for national monitoring of key performance metrics.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain operations, including stock monitoring and allocation for efficient goods distribution.
• New Product Development: Lead new product development initiatives for the GT Channel, ensuring allocation, availability, visibility, and sell-out.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, particularly within the GT Channel, in the Beauty/FMCG sector would be added value
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
