We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Business Development Manager to join our client, a real estate developer company. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and managing development initiatives from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is strategic, well-connected in the property sector, and passionate about shaping the future of urban development.
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisitions and development opportunities.
Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including financial modeling, market analysis, regulatory review, and risk assessment.
Prepare business cases and investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, demographics, and competitor developments.
Provide strategic input on product positioning, pricing, and development concepts based on market demand.
Negotiate with landowners, agents, consultants, and potential partners to secure project opportunities.
Structure joint ventures or partnerships when necessary, in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
Work closely with the finance, legal, design, and project development teams to bring concepts to life.
Collaborate with government and regulatory bodies for permits, licenses, and zoning processes.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and investors.
Track project pipeline, timelines, and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate business development, land acquisition, or project initiation.
Strong knowledge of feasibility analysis, property valuation, and real estate investment concepts.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with local land laws, zoning, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
