Business Development Manager

Job Requirements

• Degree: Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, marketing management
• Experience: 5 years of working experiences in a reputable port & marine, logistics industry specialized in oil and gas and freight forwarding.
• Track Record: Proven track record of success in business development, corporate planning or related field
• Skills: Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, including data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
• Opportunity Identification: Strong ability to identify and capture new business opportunities
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Research and Analysis: Proficient in market research, financial analysis and strategic planning
• Networking: Have good networking in Logistics Business and Market
• Client Relationship: Maintain good relationship with clients
• Motivation: Highly motivated and have good communication & negotiation skill
• Independence: Able to work independently
• Location: Willingness to be placed in Jakarta
