Business Development Manager

Mitrais, a member of CAC Holdings Group, is an international Information Technology company with offices in Indonesia and Australia. We have two lines of business – Software Development Services and Software Product Services. We provide a full range of Software Development capabilities including Microsoft, Mobile, Web, Java etc. Our Product Services cover the deployment and support of leading Software Products including cyber security, mining solution, etc.

We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager to expand our software product services. You will be a person who can represent Mitrais with integrity, who enjoys building and developing relationships, and is happy to undertake a variety of sales generation activities as appropriate. You will be credible to C-level decision makers and will understand the Software Product.

Requirements

1. A graduate from any major, IT related is preferable.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in managing sales or business development, and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in selling IT-related solutions and services.
3. Strong network in BFSI Industry.
4. Proven track record of successfully developing and closing complex sales opportunities, developing senior-level relationships, and maintaining sales team.
5. Experience in selling Cyber security product & service would be an advantage.
6. Good communications skill and interpersonal skills, team work, self-motivated and keen to learn.
