Job Overview:

Contracting for High-Star Hotels , negotiating and managing contracts with luxury and high-end hotel properties. This role involves identifying potential hotel partners, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring competitive rates, and managing long-term relationships with hotel partners. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the luxury hotel industry, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Contracting: Negotiate and secure favorable contracts with high-star hotels (4- and 5-star properties) in target regions, focusing on securing competitive rates, exclusive offers, and value-added services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel stakeholders, including General Managers, Sales Directors, and Revenue Managers, to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new hotel opportunities, assess competitor offerings, and stay informed of industry trends and demand fluctuations.
  • Rate Negotiation: Ensure the company receives competitive pricing and offers by negotiating room rates, allocations, and promotional deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of hotel contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize hotel offerings and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review hotel partner performance metrics, including booking trends, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to hotels to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on contracting activities, performance, and market trends to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a key point of contact for resolving any contractual or operational issues with hotel partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in contracting or business development within the hospitality or travel industry, specifically focused on high-star hotels.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury hotel market, including pricing structures, distribution channels, and revenue management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in successful negotiation with high-end hotels, securing advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior hotel management.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, pricing, and hotel performance data.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing contracts and terms.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects and hotel relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for hotel contracting and relationship management.
