We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Intern to join the team at Darsyafii School in South Jakarta. This is a full-time role that will provide you with valuable experience in the education industry and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our school. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the school's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting market research to identify potential new customer segments and growth opportunities for the school
• Developing and implementing targeted marketing and outreach strategies to attract new students and families
• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, such as local community leaders and potential partners
• Assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations and other business development materials
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the admissions, marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Providing support and insights to help the school continually improve its offerings and service delivery

What we're looking for

• Passion for the education sector and a strong interest in business development and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and act on growth opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with a growth mindset
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
