Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute the strategy to penetrate the newly identified business opportunities
  • Explore new indirect sales channels through business partnerships and collaborations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Branding through direct marketing activities

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in all major - Engineering background is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development position
  • Able to work systematically with good data management
  • Have good communication & networking skills

The Indonesia office will be the headquarters for South East Asia business. We aim to be the market leader for thermal products in the South East Asia market.

The main task and responsibility of the Sales Engineer or Product Group Lead is to play an active role in growing and developing the business of TEMPSENS towards all relevant applications and market segments in Indonesia, specifically in high-temperature applications.
