Business Development Executive (Jakarta)

We’re a world-leading smart mobility SaaS tech company with almost 2,000,000 active users and we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack’s products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various social media platforms.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
  • Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in new business account acquisition.
  • Self-starter with a stellar sales track record for SaaS solutions.
  • Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Prospecting and cold-calling experience.
  • A driven personality eager to explore new business opportunities.
  • Good communication and listening skills to understand a customer’s needs and tailor a relevant pitch.
  • Resilience to always go the extra mile to close deals.
