About the Opportunity

A leading hospitality and lifestyle brand with a growing presence in Bali is seeking a commercially minded and network-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B experience who thrives on relationship-building and driving growth in premium hospitality markets.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across Bali’s luxury hotel, restaurant, and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities across Bali’s hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs, and premium retailers
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the brand’s value proposition and product offerings
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new accounts
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategy
• Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and professional gatherings to foster new relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within hospitality, luxury goods, or F&B
• A proven track record of securing and growing B2B relationships
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a confident, professional approach
• Knowledge of the Bali market and hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively with minimal oversight
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
