Minimum Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of working experience in Business Development/Sales for BUMN/Private Segment, B2B sales is a plus
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of the business products and its value proposition
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experienced in negotiation with third party clients
• High in integrity and initiative
• Able to work independently and precisely with less supervision

• Responsible for acquiring new clients and building a good relationship with clients
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client's growth
• Collaborate with team to implement effective sales strategies
• Assist in developing new proposals for partnership opportunities
• Able to manage client database
