Business Development Executive

Overseas Partners Development: Develop strategic relationships with overseas partners and local stakeholders in order to grow the business.

Local Stakeholders: Identify and strengthen relationships with local partners to formulate the ideal solutions for our customers.

Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients, acting as a key point of contact for logistics-focused sales support.

Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution: Maintain high standards in the sales process and swiftly address and resolve logistics-related issues.

Innovation in Sales Process: Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction in the logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in identifying and developing projects within the area of responsibility.
2. Ensure that local market awareness and presence is established, making first contact with potential clients and partners where appropriate.
3. Identify local market opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development for a logistics company.
2. Proactive, quality-centric, and tech-savvy, effortlessly balancing sales request management with operational demands.
3. A dynamic team player who excels in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management, thriving in a collaborative and energetic environment.
