Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting market research to identify potential B2B clients within specific industries or sectors that align with the company's offerings.
  2. Generating qualified leads through targeted outreach efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations, understanding their business needs, pain points, and priorities.
  4. Adopting a consultative sales approach to understand the client's business objectives thoroughly and positioning the company's offerings as solutions that can add value and address their needs.
  5. Effectively managing the B2B sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities, forecasting sales projections, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or other related majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in business coaching, consultancy, and IT Business will be a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Eager to be a hunter.
  • Fully remote, with the ability to work around Jabodetabek for client-facing needs.
