About the job Business Development Analyst

We are looking for an excellent Sales Professional as a Business Development Analyst. This role will form a part of the Merchant Development team, within the Market Development Team and will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position will be responsible for creating a strategy for select merchants and be instrumental in helping identify new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in developing relevant value propositions and GTM plans, and tracking performance against objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and managing relationships with clients & stakeholders.
  2. Account management.
  3. Lead the accounts and sales plan for the allocated accounts ensuring client business objectives are met.
  4. Execute customized account strategy/plan to increase the Indepay revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts.
  5. Identify the strategic opportunities for Indepay capabilities through a strong understanding of segments, and customers' business needs and leveraging Indepay solutions across all product platforms.
  6. Be responsible for business development, negotiation, and signing of proposals by working closely with Indepay internal stakeholders and relationships with strategic partner executives.
  7. Proactively educate about the Indepay Platform on Partner development and market opportunities.
  8. Comfortable in working independently and with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, market research & technology.
  9. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
  2. Business development experience of 3-5 years.
  3. Financial Services/Payments industry experience preferred.
  4. Team-oriented, collaborative and ability to work with complex and ambiguous environments.
  5. Proven ability to partner, communicate, and manage through multiple disciplines and organizational groups.
  6. Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives.
  7. Experience managing up, building executive-level communications, and delivering presentations.
