Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and startups.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including presentations, blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
  6. Nurture leads through email marketing, social media, webinars, and in-person meetings.
  7. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business needs.
  8. Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and regular follow-up.
  10. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  11. Work closely with the product and technical teams to stay updated on new offerings and technical capabilities.
  12. Assist in pricing and proposal creation in line with the company's strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
  3. Proficient in English both verbal and written.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Experience with B2B sales in IT solutions, software, or technology products is highly preferred.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  8. Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus.
  9. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
  10. Ability to present ideas, products, and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  11. Strong problem-solving ability to overcome challenges and meet customer needs.
  12. Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
