Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Semarang with flexibility for some remote work, for a Business Development role. The Business Development associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching market trends and customer preferences, lead generation, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. The position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and generate new business leads.

Qualifications

1. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports
2. Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
3. Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
4. Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis
5. Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
7. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
9. Strong organizational and time management skills
