Business Development

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Bandung with flexibility for some remote work, for a Business Development role. The Business Development associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching market trends and customer preferences, lead generation, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. The position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and generate new business leads.

Qualifications

1. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports
2. Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
3. Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
4. Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis
5. Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs
6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
7. Experience: in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
8. Teamwork: ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
9. Organizational Skills: strong organizational and time management skills
