Business Development

Our client company (a Construction & Property company) in Bekasi area, currently looking for Business Development Japanese Speaker, with requirement as below:

Job Description:

• Develop and manage feasibility and profitability of property development projects through financial modeling
• Analyze financial data including cost estimates, cashflow projections, and investment returns to support decision-making processes
• Manage project Budgeting Management (PBM)
• Conduct research of industry including market research
• Create presentations in Japanese Language to be reported regularly each month
• Interpreting or translation job will be minor

Job Requirements:

• Prefer those who have experience in property development/investment banking or similar role
• Experienced with financial analysis and developing financial modeling
• Japanese language skill for at least JLPT N2/N1/N3 Active
• Good interpersonal skills, time management
