Job Description

• Examine market trends, product sales, and conduct competitor analysis to uncover potential growth areas of improvements
• Regularly visit retail stores to evaluate store operations and performances.
• Assess sales and inventory data to monitor product performance, identify trends, and optimise stock levels.
• Create detailed reports on brand performance, including competitive insights, store key performance indicators, and product assortment effectiveness.
• Work with senior management to develop and execute strategies to boost revenue across all retail channels.
• Gather and manage accurate customer information, track account performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business results

Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or relevant
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience in analytic roles, preferably in business development
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skills
• Strong understanding of retail industries, particularly for the Indonesia's fashion market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, Proactive problem-solving
