Business Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Present findings and strategic insights to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations
• Identify data quality checks, propose improvements, and create/improve data pipelines
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Implement data automation, efficient data collection, and analytics strategies
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and cleaning processes
• Collaborate with data and business teams to enhance the data platform

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Strong knowledge in accounting and finance
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools like Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling
• Familiarity with OLAP, Data Warehouse, and ETL/ELT Tools like Airflow, Talend is a plus
• Familiarity with financial data and understanding of financial principles
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for internal stakeholder communication
