Business Consulting - Junior Consultant of Finance

As a Junior member of the Business Consulting - Finance team, you'll mainly contribute your skills in finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting, and ERP financial-related modules to EY's clients and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships while helping to identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalating these to a Manager or above as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with superior members of the team. Job Roles:

• Participate in engagements that involve Finance Transformation, focusing on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Global Business Services.
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinating with subordinates while providing updates to a Manager or above as appropriate.
• Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target clients' management teams.
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Business Consulting and with other services across the organization.

• A bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree focusing on Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0); an advanced degree will be a bonus.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/Business Analyst in any industry. Fresh graduates with impressive internship experiences are welcomed to apply.
• Interest in business process re-engineering and finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.
• Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance-related modules is an advantage.
• Exposure to ESG finance-related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring, and reporting is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English; being able to speak another language would be a great advantage.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-disciplinary and cross-country collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills with multiple projects and diverse team members.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, presentation, and communication skills.
