As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team and support our operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Assistant to help with key operational tasks, including packing online orders, organising and maintaining our warehouse, and managing stock. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a "can-do" attitude. As we plan to open a physical store in Bingin in early 2026, this position has the potential to evolve into a management role, making it a great opportunity for career growth within Avy & Co.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Efficiently pack and prepare online orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and presentation align with Avy & Co.'s brand standards.
2. Organize and maintain the warehouse space to ensure a clean, functional, and well-structured work environment.
3. Receive, count, and manage stock inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.
4. Support the business in various organizational and administrative tasks as needed.
5. As the role grows, take on additional responsibilities in retail store operations and management.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Previous relevant experience in warehouse management, retail, e-commerce fulfillment, or a similar role.
2. A "can-do" attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
3. High attention to detail to ensure orders are packed correctly and inventory is managed accurately.
4. Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the team.
6. Must be based in UNGASAN or able to commute to our location.
7. Passion for fashion, sustainability, and organization is a plus!
