Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

1. Absorb all functionality of Siemens Mobility’s SaaS solution for railway customers.
2. Interface between customer and other parties.
3. Act as a service manager for one or more customers.
4. Receive extensive training in Europe for Siemens Mobility’s SaaS solution.
5. Quick and adequate answering of functional and technical questions from our customers and consultants through various channels (e.g. Slack, JIRA, email).
6. Resolve issues according to SLA agreements by analyzing customer questions and provide solutions and stay in direct contact with international development teams.
7. Collect necessary information for development teams when new solutions are required.
8. Stay up to date on the changes/improvements of our software, to be able to help the customer as adequately as possible.
9. Sharing knowledge with fellow business application specialists through documentation and meetings.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

1. Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant fields.
2. Strong analytical thinking skills paired with a curious mindset.
3. Possess a proactive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
4. Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
5. Experience in written customer support.
6. Experience in a similar position and/or working with software products is a benefit.
7. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a benefit.

Position Type: 24 Months contract (extendable based on project requirements).

Location: Flexible to be based in either Bandung or Jakarta.
