Business Analyst Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years as a business analyst, preferably within a project management environment.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Job Description:

1. Conduct system development concept analysis to align with business environments.
2. Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
3. Analyze requirements and provide solutions to meet business goals.
4. Develop project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
5. Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement.
