Business Analyst Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, objectives, and needs.
2. Analyze complex business problems and provide data driven insights and solutions.
3. Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
4. Collaborate with various departments to design solutions that meet business requirements.
5. Create system and process models, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.
6. Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements.
7. Assist in resolving issues and challenges that arise during project execution.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and project progress.
9. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and project metrics.
10. Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet specified requirements.
11. Support the implementation of changes by providing documentation, training materials, and guidance to end-users.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Educational background at least Bachelor Degree such as Business Administration, Management, Mathematics, Statistic, or related discipline.
2. Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
3. Having experience in Microsoft Navision would be preferable.
4. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in relevant work sector.
5. Proficiency in data analysis in MS Office, Expert in MS Excel is mandatory.
6. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
7. Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and data modeling would be an advantage.
8. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
