Business analyst manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within the frozen food and dairy industry by utilizing various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary data analysis.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sales reports, market surveys, social media) to identify opportunities and threats, analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in products and services.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market insights, competitor strategies, and regular reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders by highlighting insights and actionable recommendations for KPI metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to support strategic decisions and industry developments.
• Gather information to conduct consumer, shopper, retail, competitive, and customer analysis to support the business with relevant data, information, and insights.
• Continuously monitor competitors’ product offerings, pricing strategies, market positioning, marketing campaigns, and distribution channels and prepare SWOT analysis of competitors.
• Implement methods and tools to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders in understanding the target consumer and support deep consumer insights.
• Evaluate company data such as profit and loss reports to determine business performance and profitability.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence to enhance competitive positioning and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in market research in FMCG and/or strategic planning at a Communication/Media Agency with a total of 5 years of experience.
• Understanding of market research methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical mind, expert in data analytics, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
