About the role

Assist the Head of Secondary Brokerage Monetization in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and optimize the monetization of the company's secondary brokerage market, including analysis, planning, execution, and evaluation

What you will do

• Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the industry.
• Analyze data and create presentations to support business decisions.
• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating strategic projects.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and project execution.

• Completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field from reputable university
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
