Business Analyst (handle Singapore, Japan, Central Asia)

We're looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for handling the Singapore, Japan, and Central Asia areas:

General Information:

• This position will be under PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk - Export Division (International Operations Division).
• The Business Analyst is under the Sales Department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other Engineering majors.
• Maximum of 2 years of working experience in sales or data analysis; fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake overseas business trips for long periods (1-2 months).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Fluency in English is a must.

Job Description:

• Compile, update, and prepare standard sales and marketing reports while monitoring progress.
• Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to the Regional Manager based on the data analysis.
• End-to-end supply chain monitoring.
• Communicate with the supply chain department regarding the orders received: PI Preparation, Order Scheduling, Order Realization, and Shipments.
• Support sales activities: purchase orders, maintain & review payments, market visits, join local sales teams, and maintain relationships with distributors.
• Maintain marketing activities: join exhibitions and advertisements (ATL/BTL).
