Business Analyst (handle Papua New Guinea)

We're looking for a Business Analyst that will be responsible for handling the Papua New Guinea area:

General Information:

• This position will be under PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk - Export Division (International Operations Division).
• The Business Analyst is under the Sales Department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other Engineering majors.
• Maximum of 2 years of working experience in sales or analyzing data; fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Willing to undertake overseas business trips for long periods (1-2 months).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Fluent in English is a must.

Job Description:

• Compiling, updating, and preparing standard sales and marketing reports and monitoring progress.
• Analyzing sales data and providing recommendations to the Regional Manager based on the data analysis.
• End-to-end supply chain monitoring.
• Communicating with the supply chain department on the orders received: PI Preparation, Order Scheduling, Order Realization, and Shipments.
• Supporting sales activities: purchase orders, maintaining & reviewing payments, market visits, joining the local sales team, and maintaining relationships with distributors.
• Maintaining marketing activities: joining exhibitions, advertisements (ATL/BTL).
