Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Team (6 Months Contract)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for individuals with a consulting mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving impactful business changes. The Business Analyst will work closely with senior management to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving

1. Conduct research and perform structured analysis to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
2. Develop strategic recommendations based on market trends, data insights, and industry best practices.
3. Work on multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.

2. Process Improvement & Digital Innovation

1. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation, optimization, or redesign.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

1. Engage with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and align project objectives.
2. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
3. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus and action plans.

4. Project Execution & Performance Monitoring

1. Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Establish KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
3. Provide ongoing insights and adjustments to maximize project impact.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience: 1-2 years in related fields.
3. Skills:
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured thinking approach.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus point.
7. Knowledge of digital transformation trends and experience in process automation is an advantage.
