Business Analyst Department Head - Refinancing Company

Our client is a major player in the automotive financing sector, known for its broad market reach and commitment to innovation and sustainable business practices. As part of their strategic growth and performance optimization efforts, they are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst Department Head to lead data-driven decision-making at the corporate level.

This role is essential for turning complex market and business data into actionable insights that support management decisions and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape. This individual will oversee a team responsible for performance tracking, competitor benchmarking, financial analysis, and the development of the company's Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB). Its a unique opportunity to influence business strategy through meaningful analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage databases by gathering data from various sources.
2. Create, develop, and analyze market performance (including the automotive market, financing sector, and competitor performance).
3. Create, develop, and analyze key business performance indicators (such as sales rate trends, funding costs, quality profiles, and productivity ratios).
4. Develop market penetration and business channel analysis.
5. Conduct internal discussions with related functions.
6. Prepare monthly financial performance analysis.
7. Responsible for the annual rating process.
8. Responsible for compiling and delivering the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
9. Responsible for facilitating the development, delivery, and socialization of the Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB).
10. Develop monitoring tools to track the implementation and achievement of the RAKB.
11. Prepare various company performance presentations and materials for management meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Preferably experienced in the financial industry.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently.
• Sharp analytical thinking.
• Strong data processing capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
