1. Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
2. 3+ years in a technology-driven role.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical communities.
5. Analytical & critical thinking mindset.
6. Knowledge of reporting, data visualization (BI), databases, data processes, and data security.
7. Skills in requirement analysis, designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
8. Knowledge of financial industry best practices (Insurance industry is preferred).
9. Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.
10. Sufficient IT knowledge to interact with Business & Developers on the same professional level.
11. Fluent in English, both oral and written, as we are an international team.
12. Experience using business intelligence tools is preferred.
