Business Analyst (Banking/Cash Management)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help drive business improvements by analyzing company processes, identifying business needs, and recommending solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, document business requirements, and work closely with IT and business teams to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and needs.
2. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements.
3. Document business and system requirements using BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document).
4. Define user stories, use cases, and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
4. Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
5. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
