Business Analyst (BA)

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Figma to create mock-ups.
• Basic skills in SQL Query, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Change Management, or Project Tracking Tools.
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Customer & Employee Experience.

Job Description:

• Analyze business processes and bridge the needs of the business with the system to be developed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, BRD, and FSD.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
