1. Initial gathering during pre-sales.
2. Analyze and compile option solutions.
3. Estimate effort and list other items required.
4. Lead the project or act as a Business Analyst (end-to-end project management included handover to operation support).
5. Provide creative solutions to users.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum 4 full cycle projects as Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager.
3. Experience in custom applications and systems.
4. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
5. Experience in manufacturing business cases.
6. English spoken and written is a MUST.
7. Willingness to work onsite.
