Business Analyst

• Prepare business performance reports and present findings to management
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve profitability and efficiency
• Develop and maintain best practices for data collection, including but not limited to ERP
• Collaborate with different departments (finance, operations, marketing, IT) to implement business improvements

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven experience with POS, ERP, or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• In-depth understanding of F&B industry operations, supply chain management, and financial metrics
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
