Business Analyst

Purpose of Role

Business Analyst (BA) serves as a critical bridge between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that product development aligns with company objectives and enhances user experience. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, identifying opportunities for product improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related roles in a tech-driven environment related to hospitality or IOT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to document clear business and technical requirements (User Stories, BRD, PRD, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
