Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, very good communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Figma to create mock-ups.
• Basic skills in SQL Query, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Changes, or Project Tracking Tools.
• Experience handling ERP projects.
• Ready to work from the office (WFO).

Job Descriptions:

• Analysis of business processes, responsible for bridging the needs of the business and the system to be developed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, BRD & FSD.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
