Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in creativity and innovation, and provide significant contributions to self-improvement.
• Analyze potential risks and issues in a project.
• Create a Functional Specification Document (FSD) to serve as the basis for program development.
• Organize data and define requirements by translating them from business requirements into functional requirements.
• Analyze user and business needs.
• Collaborate with developers to find the best solutions for users.
• Create documentation for business processes, system functionality, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate between users and developers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Preferred skills in development/coding.
• Initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams.
• Ability to provide input and ideas for team improvements.
• Strong analytical skills.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation, including diagram creation such as Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL Server (Structured Query Language) and Visio.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to learn various tools.
