Job Scope :
Create Go-to-market strategies and media plans for multiple initiatives along with a product marketing manager.
Assist in developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and provide insights.
Craft business case and monetization model based on each partner's business needs.
Propose strategies to optimize operations, product performance, and overall business outcomes.
Streamline projects and campaign executions, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with at least 3-5 years of experience.
Financial Services/Payments industry experience preferred.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and ability to work with complex and ambiguous environments.
Proven ability to partner, communicate, and manage through multiple disciplines and organizational groups.
Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives.
Experience managing up, building executive-level communications, and delivering presentations.
Strong in analytics/data science.
