Job Description

• Provide insights and advisory services for new development of business plans or procedures within area of competence.
• Working with the team to develop business planning and budgeting.
• Acquire and analyse operational data from multi-functional teams to examine business performance, identifying patterns and trends to enhance business strategy, evaluation, and solution.
• Ability to communicate findings in a simple yet effective manner to all levels.
• Explore and evaluate new data sources, tools, and capabilities to improve analysis and strategy.
• Liaise with internal and external business partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in business analytics and/or business strategy.
• Background in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Python, R and MS Excel.
• Tenacious, curious & rigorous: eager to learn and ready to tackle complex problems with insights and analyses.
• An analytical and strategic approach.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to own and drive projects with a creative approach.
• Proficient in English.
