Job description

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and document existing processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and improvement opportunities.
Ensure the alignment between business plan and the strategic plan of the Bank's activities.
Develop and implement streamlined processes that enhance customer service, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to processes.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or related roles in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Understanding of business management & strategy.
Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly.
Updated on economic and technological developments.
Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking industry.
